Donald Starkey is the Chairman of OnCorpInc. Donald Starkey is globally known for his luxury Yacht designs and architecture. He has designed boats for 20 billionaires from the top 100 Forbes list. He is an extraordinary dynamic, self-made businessperson. His passion for architecture and luxury yacht design led him to explore new horizons in the design business.
In 1980, he established his first major endeavour in the UK where he founded Donald Starkey Design. By producing superior designs to competitors, he led and set standards in a specialised and highly competitive market. His tenacity was rewarded by being recognised as one of the world’s leading Super yacht designers, winning many design awards (27 to date). He has been privileged to execute projects for many Royal family members across the Middle East.
He adds his creative flare in designing and penetrating the OnCorpInc as a brand in the corporate world. He is responsible for Overall Strategic Planning, Corporate Image Building and Penetration. As a farsighted visionary he believes in aiming high. His vigour and vision steered him to incorporate several prestigious projects, aswell as joining OnCorpInc Ltd. He is looking forward to the future.
Founder and CEO
Noshad is the CEO and Founder of OnCorpInc. He created OnCorpInc after leading two different businesses in real estate and commercial brokerages along with 12 years of a successful retail banking career in London, Dubai and Karachi. A successful serial entrepreneur with the ability to develop visionary ‘next-level’ ideas and deliver them to the marketplace while meeting end-user needs with precision timing.
A solid background of product and marketplace knowledge developed around strategic observations and business intelligence. Experience with all aspects of operations including BI, MDM, Sales Development, Human Resource Management, organizational process development and infrastructure expansion geared towards driving growth and revenues for profitability.
In his role at OnCorpInc, Noshad concentrates on working directly with the Head of Retail banks and their sales and product development teams on big sale ‘hunts’ to win large sales in highly competitive markets.
He has transformed OnCorpInc from an initial idea into a commercial enterprise, developing a social enterprise ethos. He is a strong believer and follower in innovation and simplicity with an ethical business practice.
He has brought modern commercial business methodologies into the company such as Greenism, Corporate Socialism and an 'Investor In People' culture. He has been an active player in idea and product design in the retail banking business in the Middle East, which he believes is going to transform the market.

Frank, a British National with an Italian background, comes from a successful Investment & corporate banking environment from the City of London. He has been in the corporate world for over 16 years and has worked for one of the most globally recognized Japanese banks. The emergence of eBay was a fundamental visionary turning point in his thinking where he decided he wanted to utilize the web with commerce to create new ways to trade over the internet. This prompted a succession of successful web-based internet start-ups. Frank has been a founding member of successful internet based business ventures, some of them are Artlyst, Auction Atrium & of course, OnCorpInc Ltd.
Over 16 years of infrastructure and application consulting experience has produced an executive leader with an in-depth understanding of Information Technology infrastructure, strong interpersonal skills and a proven record of accomplishment. Expert in business IT alignment and leveraging technology for the advantage of the enterprise. Proven expertise in strategic planning, program / project management, technology roadmaps, data centre infrastructure, networking technologies, enterprise security, outsourcing, managed services, software development, and implementation. He is creating Business Value through Technology Excellence & Innovation.

Janos is originally from Hungary and has spent the majority of his career solving technically challenging problems and architecting solutions with a concentration towards online advertising, electronic commerce, development, social media, and online traffic distribution.
As a SENIOR INFORMATION TECHNOLOGY EXECUTIVE offering 15 years of progressive experience in Internet media, electronic commerce, financial services, and advertising industries. Janos has strong entrepreneurial business experience with roles covering - Chief Technology Officer, Chief Information Officer and VP of Technology for several Internet media and technology service companies. He specializes in developing enterprise solutions for web product strategies and driving online business growth. Has extensive leadership, team-building and decision-making skills. Skilful visionary with excellent interpersonal skills, he is passionate about innovating with technology and managing talented people to their fullest potential.
Currently he is the Chief Technology Evangelist at OnCorpInc Ltd, where he focuses on developing strong Analytical tools within BI environment for retail banks. He is passionately focused on BI systems deployment, has deep hands-on experience through the full life cycle of bringing technology and products to market, delivering via B2B and B2C business structures. Has been directly responsible for multimillion dollar BI system design execution. Has built, grown and managed technology operations for over a dozen businesses and has been responsible for hundreds of engineers and offshore independent contractors across various programming and architectural disciplines. Sana comes from 8 years of experience in real estate and commercial brokerage operations with exposure to banking transactions and regulations, specializing in the Operational Risk area. Competent with multi-tasked skills to develop processes and guidance for the Operations unit. A strong interpersonal, dynamic, pleasant person who delivers effective communication and maintains collaborative relationships. Provides service and support for the UK, UAE and Pakistan operations. Responsible for Reporting, Process Improvement, Policy & Procedure, Controlling Health Checks, Training (socialization & refreshment), Managing the Helpdesk, Operational Risk Management, Internal Audit assistance.
